By purchasing a license, you are granted the following rights:
- Perpetual, Non-Exclusive License: Your license never expires, and others may also license the same tracks.
- Production Use Only: The music is licensed to accompany video, podcasts, livestreams, and other media productions - not for redistribution as standalone audio.
- No Resale or Redistribution: You may not resell, sublicense, or claim ownership of the music.
- No Altering the Music: You may not remix, cover, or modify the original composition beyond what is necessary for editing your production (e.g., timing adjustments, fades).
- Content ID Protection: Licensed tracks are protected from Content ID claims when used according to these terms.
- Customer Communication Channels: Permitted use in your primary brand's support lines, messaging systems, and phone systems.
Restrictions: This license does not cover use in commercial productions outside of your streaming platforms associated with the license, or digital media content. If you need a custom license for film, TV, or other projects, reach out at licensing@ronaldjenkees.com
Prohibited Uses & License Revocation: This music shouldn't be used in ways that could harm, offend, or negatively impact anyone. My intention is always for the music to be part of something positive. I genuinely doubt we'll ever need to worry about this - but just in case, I reserve the right to revoke a license.
